Names to know: WR
(MSFL) Bellarmine Jr Tyler Smith 2024 stats: 35rec 458yards 5TD
Smith was a intracule part of the Knights explosive passing offense last season. The rising junior should have even more on his plate heading into this year. With a change at QB this season the Knights will need to lean on his experience and skills in the passing game. Smith is a excellent route runner who uses his quickness and body control to stop on a dime or out leverage defenders when running routes. With a new QB at the helm and some turnover in the Knights receiver room expect Smith to have his biggest statical season yet.

(CSFL) CHC Sr Kyree Griffin 2024 stats: 29rec 396yards 4TD
Griffin helped lead CHC to one of their best seasons in program history in 2024. Heading into this 2025 season CHC will need another productive season from Griffin as they look to be one of the best teams in the CSFL once again. The rising senior is a dangerous player with the ball in his hands. Griffin can take the top off the defense by pushing vertically down the field. He also has the speed and playmaking ability to turn short catches into long gains. Heading into his final season Griffin should be a main focal point for CHC as they look to build off of their recent success as a program.

(CSFL) Caldwell Sr Ajurn Petgrave 2024 stats: 31rec 454yards 5TD
Petgrave was one of the leading receivers in the nation last year in sprint football. The Cougars will need another highly productive season from the rising senior as they try to get over the hump this season. Petgrave uses his big frame to box out defensive backs for jump balls and out muscle defenders to get extra yards after the catch. With Soph QB Josh Smith returning for his second season Petgrave should be in for a huge senior season as the main offensive weapon for the young Caldwell QB. Expect Petgrave to do big things in his senior season.

(CSFL) Molloy Sr Peter von Schoenermarck 2024 stats: 24rec 306yards 4TD
Last year was Molloy’s inaugural season in the CSFL. With thar came the natural growing pains that come with a first year team. Despite the ups and downs there were a few bright spots. One of those bright spots was Peter von Schoenermarck. The big bodied pass catcher was the most productive offensive player for the Lion’s last season. He can use his big frame and catch radius to come down with catches that smaller receivers couldn’t. With the program heading into year 2 expect Schoenermarck to play a big part in the Lion’s offensive gameplan.

(MSFL) Quincy Sr Nasir Carson 2024 stats: 22rec 410yards 3TD
Quincy is looking to break through in the MSFL heading into year 4 as a program. For the Hawks to make some noise they will need high level play from their best outside threat Nasir Carson. The rising senior has been an important part of the Hawk’s passing game since his first season. Carson is a danger to make a big play at any point in the game and from anywhere on the field. He can take short or medium level passes to the house using his speed and quickness. He is also no stranger to going deep and making a big plays despite good coverage from opposing defenders. Carson will be a big playmaker for the Hawks as he heads into his senior season.
