Navy Sr Hunter Gennicks-2025 1188yards 13TD 11rec 74yards 2TD

Gennicks is the latest in a long line of great running backs to play at Navy. Gennicks is a tall back with an upright running style that makes it seem like he is gliding across the field when he is toting the rock. He has the physicality and power necessary to run in between the tackles while also having the speed to break long runs and out run defenders. Gennicks led the nation in rushing yards last season and was named the CSFL MVP. With a proven offensive line and 1 more year to play expect Gennicks to give it all he’s got and go down as one of the best running backs to ever play for Navy and one of the best running backs to ever play in the CSFL.

Mansfield Sr Weston Bellows- 203passing yards 4TD 813yards 9TD 13rec 138yards

Bellows was monster in the backfield for the Mountaineers last season. He was the engine that powered a Mansfield team that finished 6-2 last year. Bellows may be the most complete and all around running back in the CSFL this season. He runs hard often running over or through defenders, has the contact balance to bounce off of defenders making contact, he can catch the ball out of the backfield often looking like a receiver, he has the juice and athleticism to jump over defenders and go the distance, and he is a willing an impactful blocker in the run and passing game. He even lined up a quarterback to take direct snaps to run and even throw it when duty called. Bellows is one of the best players in the CSFL and should show that every week this season.

CHC Jr Xavier Limehouse – 2025 770yards 10TD 12rec 99yards 2TD

Limehouse saw an increase in touches and production during his sophomore season. The CHC playmaker plays with a low center of gravity which allows him to make great cuts when things get hectic inside the box. Limehouse also possess great contact balance. He rarely goes down from the first contact, and he either breaks a big run or drags defenders for few more yards. Limehouse also adds value to the team as a dangerous kick returner. Limehouse is a great every down back that can have a huge impact on a game. Expect Limehouse to generate tough yards week after week as the Griffins look to maintain momentum after a great 2025 season.

Midway Soph Demari Edelen-2025 667yards 5TD

Edelen burst onto the scene last season as a freshman quickly becoming a big part of the monstrous Midway offense. The young RB has great burst and top end speed which he uses to escape pursuing defenders. He is a threat to take it to the house from anywhere on the field. His greatest attribute may be his patience. Adelen is great at taking his time letting things develop and setting up his blocks before he attacks the defense. It’s rare to have a freshman come in and have such a big impact on the team. Heading into his second season Edelen’s role should only grow, and his production should grow as well.

CCSJ Sr Jamall Warnell- 2025 297yards 10TD

Warnell has been a main part of the Crimson Wave offense since he joined the team. In the time he has become one of the most dominant inside rushing forces in the game. What Warnell may lack in total yardage he makes up for in touchdowns and big impact plays. Warnell is a living anvil running the rock. He runs with aggression, power, and a refuse to go down nature. It’s rare to see the first defender take him down. He may not be the fastest back, but it doesn’t matter as he often drags would be tackles for extra yards or touchdowns. What’s best for the Crimson Wave offense may be Warnell splitting carries with another backs like he has the last few seasons. That being said you can expect CCSJ to turn to their bulldozer when they need tough yards, a big play, or a touchdown.
